Perfect Speed is a legendary achievement that instead of having the J-card's ability to reduce the roll interval by half, but it adds "All Dice x2" to the J-Card because roll interval doesn't affect anything. Reroll Chance is not considered a bad luck upgrade. This is because when you reroll the dice, the previous result still give you points.
